Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

I wonder if this place is really ready to be open. Lots of logistical issues to work through. Waited 1:50 to order then waited another :15 for food. Almost a 2hr wait and ONE person entering orders!? New restaurant to the area so a new menu and it's taking too long to place an order. Hand out paper menus for your guests to review while in line might help expedite the order process. The burger was definitely a good burger, fries about average but not worth a 2 hour wait. I'll try back in a few months.Also some very noticeable social distancing concerns.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Great staff, great management, great burgers! You will not be let down!

The whole experience was great. From sample margaritas while we waited, to spectacular service and great food, you can tell the staff put a lot of love in the food. Even through social distancing they still made us feel like a valued guest. Highly recommend.

Overall 5 because the burger was great! Pleasantly surprised.

Ordered (for the family):

- XXL cheeseburger, everything on it , great, exceeded expectations ????
- Junior burger - largest I’ve seen on a kids meal, same meat used in other burgers, again, great ????
- skinny fries- similar to In-N-Out, good if that’s what you like
- Spicy crispy sandwich - it was pretty good
- wings- ok, ranch, could be better.
- Cookies N Cream (Oreo) milkshakes - ????
- service on opening week ????. Owner(s) were really friendly and wanted genuine feedback.

Consensus: We’ll be back!

I had the Original Burger with everything, Buffalo wings with Carolina Fire BBQ sauce and Chli cheese Fry’s. AWESOME!! Also tried some of my wife’s Chocolate Shake , also very good. They had Frozen Margaritas (which I had , and it was great, also they have beer on tap). Next time I’m getting the Chicken sandwich!!
