This place is about on par with grocery store sushi. Which is perfectly understandable due to their “all you can eat” model. While they have a large selection, none of it has any true flavor. If you order spicy tuna, you’ll definitely get something spicy, but the tuna in flavor is truly lacking. Which held true for all their other sushi options, while not old, the fish certainly had no flavor, and could have been a slightly better quality. Lastly, their other gimmick is their robot server. When we were there it was the highlight of the overall experience. While our server was attentive and a pleasure to work with, the rate the sushi/other dishes was questionable (with a myriad of delivery times that made no sense). When the food runners did deliver our meals they said “here you go”, instead of making sure we knew exactly which roll was which. Lastly, their robot server was extremely fun to see, but sad that we didn’t get to pull our own food off. He was followed by a human server, and there were multiple tables order on the one robot.

If you like grocery store quality sushi, and want an “all you can eat” experience you’ll do just fine here. However, if you like a higher quality sushi, you’re best to skip this place.

Don't get me wrong. This place is an awesome experience with a nice atmosphere.

But unfortunately the rest of my party didn't have as much as a great time as I did. I understand that some places are understaffed and they are trying their best. But this is my honest review.

Brother in law ordered a sushi roll when we were first sat and ask what we wanted, we never ever got it. I'm not sure if food often is given to the wrong table but I feel like that's what happened. Because we definitely got a couple of wrong items, which we politely declined.

Definitely need work on delivery of food. We felt like we were forgotten in the little private room. Also doesn't help that we came on a weekend night.

I will give this place another chance. But probably on a weekday.

We had a great dinner at Japan House!! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and I loved trying a lot of new things.

This is not a quick bite to eat place, and you should expect to spend some time here. We were there for about 1.75 hours, but really enjoyed it. I liked how things came out staggered, so the table was never crowded but we were never starving.

Overall great experience and highly recommend!!

Fantastic. Had a great time. Robotic servers (monitored by humans) are such a novelty. The food was great! This is NOT a typical Chinese buffet of mass produced food items. Their dishes are made to order by an abundance of sushi chefs you can watch complete the preparations. The waitstaff, hostesses and everyone were super attentive and helpful. This is a unique experience, $30 for dinner and you can place orders for unlimited items off their vast menu. It's UNDER priced for the quality and service you receive. Good job!

We saw this place on Fort worth foodies. I can say I am not disappointed. The food was delicious and the servers were very friendly. Nothing tops getting your food delivered by robots. Absolutely awesome! They got busy and things were coming out slower than when we first arrived but we realized this was their first day open. So of course they have kinks to work out. I highly recommend coming but please bring your patience. I promise it will be worth it!!!
