Love the coffee! Always busy and the crew is professional and quick for the amount of customers there. Left a good tip being that others were frustrated. We all need to learn patience
I know this isn't the stores problem but it's a corporate problem. I spent 400 stars and ordered a reusable cup that the App said this store had in stock. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they did not have the cup. So now I'm out 400 stars cause the App is giving false information. I even called another store which the App said it had the cup in stock and I called them only to be told they did not have the cup either. We work hard to build up stars to get nice cups and then they just get taken from us cause the App gives false info.
This place is usually awesome. That's why I am giving 3 stars. I pass here on my way to work. I usually order on my mobile app before I leave the house and it's about a 10-12 min drive. I check the time quotes on my app to make sure I'm not early and then I walk in, usually get my order right on the spot or within 2-3 minutes. The last few weeks I have had to wait 8-10 mins when the app is already telling me my order is ready. Please change the time quotes or catch up with them. If I had the time to wait an extra 10 minutes I would just order in person or wait in the drive thru line.
