Taco Cabana

The enchilada plate is what I usually get. The tortillas are very easy to cut through, the beans and rice are absolutely amazing, and the amount of sauce and cheese they put on top is very generous.

Their chips are another story. Half will be edible and the other half are pooled in grease and very chewy. I could barely pull through one of the chips without breaking a tooth.

Also, be aware when youu ask for stuff because they wont give them to you. Didnt get straws. And when asked what kind of salsa I wanted, I said green. He gave me 2 packets of red....

Their tacos are very delicate. If you go anytime past 5pm, you will get soggy tacos that break at the bottom. Almost like they cook the food and then let it sit. Very gross.

Just be cautious. This is the only taco cabana that I go to because believe it or not, the other ones near me are 10 times worse than this.

Have only eaten at Cabana a couple times a few years back and I'm a nacho freak so hubby talked me in to trying theirs tonight and boy, what a disappointment. They were apparently short of a lot of ingredients so I got no sour cream nor the lettuce I asked for. The beans gave it an aftertaste I couldn't get past. The flautas were good and the street taco wasn't bad. Maybe next time will be better, but it could be another couple years.

I like this location because I like to eat outside. The food was okay. It's more like fast food then a restaurant, so compared to Taco Bell or something, it's pretty good. I do like the salsa bar. They weren't very busy when I went, so the food was served pretty quick.

A good stop if you want fast Mexican food. The service was fast and somewhat friendly. However it is not the best burrito I have had. Good overall though.
