We were in the area and decided to stop here for lunch. We were very pleased with their food. We had their brisket, pork, black pepper sausage, and ribs. Everything was great and a good price. I also had their coleslaw. For my taste it was just ok. I personally prefer a mayo and vinegar base. Theirs is just mayo based. I prefer that extra tang vinegar brings. It could of also uses a little garlic bit that's just me being picky. Overall great atmosphere, service, and food. I will be back.

Beware: you will need to make sure your socks are on securely because the food WILL knock them off! I also highly suggest wearing your stretchy pants because the portions are huge and you're not going to want to stop eating it!! The staff is amazing and the ambience and decor make you wanna just sit and hang out for awhile. I'd give more stars if I could!

P.S. You're supporting a veteran and his family who give back when you eat here. It's a win all around when you support this locally owned restaurant!

One of the best BBQ Places around. We had been driving by it for weeks as they were preparing to open, and once we saw it had opened we decided to try it. The line was long, but that is a good indicator of how good the food is. It went fast, and the whole time all you smell is the smoked meat. We ordered the Brisket, Pulled pork, Turkey, and Jalapeno Sausage, along with Mashed Potatoes and Mac. The meat from the Brisket and Pulled Pork was so moist and tender, and just fell apart, and the Turkey was some of the best I've had. The building was cool, and once they expand the seating it will be that much better. I highly recommend the Patriotic Pig if you want amazing BBQ.

We went to the Grand Opening yesterday and the food was amazing!!! We got the Party Platter and a few extra sides, and we still left with leftovers! For a family of 6 that's pretty awesome!!! The Brisket melted in your mouth, and Smoked Turkey was a huge hit, and the Pork Ribs were scrumptious!!! We had the burnt end beans, bacon green beans, coleslaw, and potato salad, all where extremely yummy! We were so excited that a BBQ place was opening up so close to us, we will definitely be back!!!

Some of the best BBQ that I've had. My manager brought some to work to share at lunch and right after first bite I said that's what I'm having for dinner and went right back for more. I ordered for my family and we had the brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage, mac and cheese, green beans and bacon, coleslaw, potato salad and for dessert pecan pie, key lime pie, banana pudding. All of it was delicious. Can't wait to go back again...
