This was my first visit. I had the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. I gave 3 stars because the meat was cooked well. It was tender and not dry. However, the only description I can give the flavor is BLAND.
There was no smokiness and no hint of any spice. I know...good BBQ doesn't need lots of spices. However, there should at-least be some salt and pepper bark.
I had the macaroni and cheese and the coleslaw. Both were good.
Wow is all I can say. This is great Texas BBQ and the staff here is awesome. Stop by for a great meal with some awesome side dishes. Highly recommend giving these guys your business.
We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty the pork ribs and chopped beef were. I'm glad we didn't read the reviews or we might not have tried it. Service was fast- food was tasty- macaroni and cheese was good- iced tea a definite A+- not overly sweet and very fresh. Not the best we have ever had but definitely a great alternative to some of the other bbq in the area. Spicy potatoes a bit salty but still very good. We'll be back.
Nice location, clean restaurant, and friendly workers. The food a little let down for me. I went there for fish night, and the fish wasn't very good. I belive if they would have used a better batter, or perhaps more seasoning, maybe the fish would have tasted better, also the potatoes were too salty, good but salty.
Had the Medium Catch Friday Fish Fry which is four pieces of fried catfish with two sides. Their ranch style beans are good, but have a spicy bite and their creamed corn was perfect - not too sweet. The catfish was really good.
