Another Broken Egg Cafe

First the service was very good! Now we went in on a Thursday at noon so it wasn't crowded so the wait time for service wasn't bad. I had the shrimp and grits. Not overly spicy and flavorful. Could lose the onions but that's a personal choice. Friend had crab cakes. He stated they tasted more like salmon then crabs but still enjoyed them. My only bad review was the beignets. I expected a powered donut, but it was a powered biscuit in which the biscuits were hard. That was disappointing. But it was removed from my tab, the waitress was gracious in listening to my review of them so hopefully they start making authentic beignets.

Truly a great dining experience. The food was expertly crafted and absolutely the best egg white omelet I have ever enjoyed. The service was so courteous and professional.

This place has the best breakfast It's Not Just Another Broken Egg this place is delicious. I had Lobster in my breakfast I mean what it was so good! If you're going to eat here this place is always packed so you need to make your reservations beforehand you can do them on your phone ahead of time really quick and then by the time you get to the restaurant you will probably only wait about 5 or 10 minutes. Well worth it so before we get out of church at Gateway in Southlake we submit our reservation and it's not that far from church so it's perfect. Drinks the food all delicious highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about breakfast or brunch. They also have good lunch items too. Be sure to tip your waitress or waiter cuz they are hustling and bustling here always super busy. I really like The coffee mugs and the coffee. Cousin had a brunch drink and said it was way better than any she has ever had and it looked good from what I saw.

This place definitely gets a 5 star rating! Our server was a nice, caring and polite lady (Sarah G). The food quality was really good and what we ordered came out quickly and was fresh. The food items are a little bit overpriced for the amount you get. But overall a good place for a breakfast/brunch, friday or Saturday morning.
