Red Lobster

Very solid experience! The waiter was very polite and the food was over the top!
If you're a big eater, unlike me you might try their fresh lobster.

This is the only Red Lobster in Abilene and it was such a wonderful experience. My son took me here for Mother's Day and I could not have had a better experience or food. I had the Seafood platter with lobster and two types of shrimp along with Caesar salad and broccoli. It was so delicious!!! The waitress and service was impeccable. One person in our party had several food allergies so we ask for the manager. The manager was so thorough and took the issue very seriously and talked with the chef. We had a wonderful lunch and experience. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Abilene. Highly recommend!!!

Hostess seated my husband and myself in the very back room and did not inform anyone. We sat there for about 15 minutes and weren't even greeted by anyone. We finally were greeted and she came back a few minutes later, by then we just got up and left.
Update: The manger made it right for us. We were given a gift card and used it last night.
We did not see anyone that was on shift the night of the bad experience, so no one knew of the other experience, so they were not trying to just make up for it. We received excellent service from everyone. Our waitress Kiley was just the best she was very attentive and friendly. We had a great experience! Thank you for making us want to come back!
