My wife and I ordered from here first time in 4 years. Major improvement in food quality!
The last time I got very sick. This time is much more pleasant. I'll be back! Very nice inside the restaurant too.
We used to go there about once a week for lunch. Unfortunately the prices have doubled recently so won't go since we don't spend that much for lunch. If you want good BBQ though....it is yummy. Staff and owner are really nice.
My wife and I ate here for the first time since we saw this on Restaurant Impossible and it was really good. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the sweet young lady at the order desk, which we easily found, was spot on with her recommendations.
The brisket was delicious and the pork ribs were even better. All the sides we had were very good, especially the cowboy beans. My wife had the brisket loaded baked potato and she really liked it. It was huge and she only ate half of it. And the iced tea was great, which it should be in a Texas BBQ joint.
What was really cool was all the other things; real silverware, real glasses, even nice napkins. And the remodel was better than we imagined from the TV show.
All and all it was a great experience and I will highly recommend Cowboy BBQ. I wish them the best of success with this revival.
Really nice interior - Restaurant Impossible recently redid the building.
Food was impressive. Somewhat different for a BBQ place (creamy Kale for example) but they had the staples as well.
Overall a good experience and one we will repeat. Young lady at the cash register was very friendly.
