Williams Chicken

We ordered livers and gizzards. We were told that they had no livers. Then we're told that the livers were frozen. So we ordered 12 gizzards. Got to the window, pay, and we are told to pull over to the side because they have to cook the gizzards. Si, here's my question... If you have to cook the gizzards, that must mean that ( or I really hope they are frozen also and not left out to thaw during operation hours), can't you also drop the livers that are frozen into the same basket as gizzards and cook both requests? That totally makes no sense to me. Just got the gizzards brought to us and the girl was nice and apologetic because she forgot to say it came with gravy!!!

New place watch 5 staff with masks half on. One at window rubbed her body and neck over and over. No gloves.. nasty ! Health department will have a field day. Disgusting

So far my experience has been somewhat good. Customer service although can be a hit or miss. My first time there, the guy at the window was extremely nice and pleasant. He ensured that we got what we wanted and was very helpful. My second visit however, the intercom lady was very rude and sounded fed up and upset when I tried ordering. Overall, their chicken tenders are absolutely amazing; highly recommend them along side the rolls and fries.

Wait was a little long (30 minutes to be exact )with 8 cars in front of us ,but it was to be expected on a new restaurant that just opened up that everyone was anticipating on, we were waited on by a young lady ,and two gentleman who were very helpful ,and provided great customer service and accommodated us with our every need. After receiving our order we were asked if there was anything else that they could help us with to ensure that our visit was a successful one ,and of course they did meet our every need I opened the box of chicken and received exactly what I was waiting for ,a freshly hot and juicy eight piece mix of chicken (not greasy at all) accommodated with four rolls , And a handful of hot sauce and a large pibb extra ....we have no Complaints at all!!!! And we hope that this establishment continues to grow and remain Successful -KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WILLIAMS CHICKEN!!!!!???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???
