Bodacious Bar-B-Q

Same outfit as the Bodacious BBQ in Arlington, Texas (Mid-cities D/FW) - which is great because of the $1 special they have on Tuesdays 2-5pm on their Sloppy Joes (so I bought a bag full, seeing how it was Tuesday at the time of my visit). In the meantime, I chowed down on the ribs which were cooked to my liking and were enhanced by the BBQ sauce - has the perfect blend of spicy, tangy sweetness.

Great service. Mario was great at his job. He prepared my entire rib plate including cutting the meat since he didn't have a problem with the meat man going to the rest room. Very courteous, and professional as well as the girl Ashlynee and the rest of the staff. Definitely returning for more of those tasty ribs.

All in all not something to write home about. I ate the combination plate with ribs, sausage, potato salad and beans. There was no flavor to the potato salad, dry dry dry ribs, like crunchy dry. The beans were just bad. The sausage was flavorful and was great. There was no BBQ sauce available for guests and that was just confusing to me to eat at a BBQ place with no sauce. My buddy had combo plate with coleslaw and brisket. Both were very good.
