“We rent through excelle properties & we have never had any trouble with them. We rented one house from them for almost a year & Then we saw another place online that they had for rent that was bigger & we were able to put a deposit down on it & move in shortly before our other lease was up. They do great work & will work with you on certain circumstances. Even though we moved before our lease was up, they didn’t penalize us & we got a decent portion of the deposit back. & have never had any problems with the maintenance man, any time we have needed something, he has always taken care of it! I 10/10 recommend & will definitely continue to rent through them!”

“This place has a little bit of everything. It’s a mini grocery store which is cool. However, as a parent of a teen, I think management needs to rethink their layout. They have their “gummies” right at the entrance. Super easy to steal. Yes, I need to make sure my kid knows not to, and I have - we don’t go there anymore, but management should look out for that as well.”

“First time to dine here. They serve more than just catfish. The servers are very attentive. After being seated the music, family photos and friendly conversations nearby and from the servers completed a pleasing ambience to a casual dining experience. Of course I tried the catfish but will be back to try other menu items too. What I liked most is that you can order a 5 piece catfish with 2 sides. For a few dollars more all you can eat, sides included. The best baked potato and side salad is very fresh. Perfectly cooked. Only open Wednesday - Saturday. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be dining here more often to try other menu items.”

“Had an issue with a delivery app and was waiting over an hour for my food to get delivered, so went down and explained it to them. They had informed me that they no longer do business with that delivery service anymore. they were so so sweet about it all and were happy to take my order. “On our way back to San Antonio we stopped for a quick bite and it was the best decision to stop here. From our amazing and super friendly server Rosa to the food the experience was very welcoming. I ordered the beef fajitas (for one) and my husband got the all you can eat catfish. Both of our meals were delicious and fresh! Wish we were locals to try everything they have to offer!
