Cherry Creek Catfish Co.

We live out of town and this is our second time here. We must say the food is excellent, especially for the price. We've had large groups both times, and both times the food was fast, hot, and delicious. Even the sides such as the seasoned fries and Cole slaw (very unique apple flavor) are really, really good. It's a place I highly recommend.

It was my first time going here and I really did enjoy it. I'm not big on places like this but a friend told me she had been going her for a while and it did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly. The waitress came by frequently to ask if everything was okay and if we needed and refills or needed to order anything else. I was expecting a pricey menu but it was very affordable and good size plates.

Cherry Creek Catfish Co. is Austin's premier location for fantastic catfish! Don't be fooled by the "Parlours" out there; Cherry Creek is the real deal.

Their catfish is moist, tender, and has an excellent crunch. Its never heavy, not dripping with grease like some of the other places.

My wife and I each enjoyed the catfish, okra, and especially the hush puppies. We can't wait to go back!

One of my favorite places to go for reasonably priced comfort food. Cherry Creek has been around since the late 70's. Fabulous food, friendly, helpful staff. We have been eating at Cherry Creek for 40 years. They have weekly specials. Awesome catfish, chicken fried steak, ribs, and shrimp. The appetizers are a great addition,as well. Our favorite are the fried mushrooms. They also have mouth watering fried green tomatoes, and onion rings. Our favorite substitute for French fries are their hand cut/sweet potato fries. My only concern is that they need to do a few things to update the bathrooms and replace the carpets. The atmosphere is also wonderful. A MUST GO TO place in South Austin.

Went to eat dinner with my family and the food was great. The food arrived quickly, and we had no issues at all. The service was really awesome too. Our drinks were refilled and we felt right at home. Overall, I was really satisfied with everything and will recommend it to my friends and family.
