We shared a decent 10 inch 4 meat pizza, it was pretty good and was just the right size for 2 people. Three slices each. We ordered a side salad to go with it but the salad could've had more lettuce to share between two. We also bought two drinks and it all came out to $18 even.
I ordered delivery with these guys for the first time. Although my order wasn't right, they went above and beyond to try to help me. They even insisted on refunding the order but i refused. I was happy with a simple correction. Once i received the corrected order, my food was delicious! The lobster bisque was very fresh and a large amount. My chicken salad sandwich was one of the best I've ever had!! I'll definitely be back!
I've only ever gotten sweets from here, which are to die for, but I've only ever been able to buy the lemon tartes once. Their cup cakes are amazing too. They're so big and flavorful but, again, anytime I go in, they maybe have 1 or 2 cupcakes left. I'd probably buy a lot more if they had it in the display.
I occasionally pick up a box or two of baked goods for the coworkers. When it's from Blue Baker, I'm celebrated far more than when it's from other places.
Even better, they have amazing customer service. They once messed up part of my order. It was non-critical and I was ready to shrug it off, yet they insisted on making it up to me and wanted to be sure I left happy. They refunded my money and gave me a quite generous collection of consolation baked goods and a credit for a future order. I kind of love the folks at the Austin Blue Baker.
