After driving by this place for the last 4 years at least weekly, we finally dined in. I have to say this is the best mom and pop traditional Italian with an extensive menu offering delicious alternatives. Nice wine list and the dessert offerings are also expansive and unique. We had the fettuccine rage, a pizza, salad and the garlic bread. Ingredients are fresh and high quality. Service is excellent. If you are in Austin and want good traditional Italian food that you would find in the Midwest or East Coast, stop by Milano. Prices are moderate and it certainly isn’t cheap but it’s worth it. We will be back soon.

Love this place. It has the feel of a neighborhood restaurant where the owner serves you. Food and dessert were both great. Prices were reasonable. We'll be back!

This place was recommended to us by some friends from NY who know what good food is ???? Went to dinner with two others over the weekend and we absolutely devoured the appetizers, salads, entrees and all three desserts- every plate was cleaned! Sad that there were no leftovers to take home because the next day I was craving more pasta Primavera and cakes!
Service was warm and friendly with a touch of welcomed humor. Totally worth the 35+ minute drive for us. Will definitely be back.

Nice cozy place, sort of a 60's decor motif. Super tasty lobster ravioli! Chocolate mousse cake & tiramasu were yummy too. Pleasant & cordial staff. We'll be back.
