    I like this place. Its got good food and is definitely worth a visit. That being said, the biscuts were underdone and tasted like flour, so i had to eat my gravy without biscuts. From what I am reading, a lot of Texans like that but I cant get behind it. Hashbrowns were on point.

    For about about $8, got a heaping side of hash browns and a very large biscuit smothered in gravy. The gravy was very good, and the biscuit was nice and doughy if you like that.
    EDIT:
    Ok I have been here a couple of times now and I like it more and more each time I go. This is some of the best biscuits and gravy. The only reason it has a 4 star rating is because I showed up one day and it was closed even tho the hours they had listed on the physical food truck said they were open at that time. :(
