So delicious! We shared the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese and the Fried Chicken biscuits. Both were great. For dessert, we had the cinnamon roll (highly recommend) and the jam and butter biscuit. Everything was good - good enough that we’re wishing we had a round two.
Ola's is super yummy!! They just opened the doors a few weeks ago for take out. They have a cute patio with 4 picnic tables. Perfect for a quick bite with friends. Staff is fun and brightened my morning!
They are only doing online orders right now! They do have outdoor seating you can use. Prices are a little high BUT the quality is great so you get what you pay for. I highly recommend the egg, tomato and cheese biscuit - everything is cooked to absolute perfection.
I am a huge fan of Olamaie and have very much missed it. But thankfully we can still have their famous biscuits during the pandemic! The portions of these biscuits are perfect and the peach vanilla jam is addicting! My husband had the spicy fried chicken and he loved it. Service is fast and we were able to enjoy our breakfast on their nice patio. Highly recommend!
Biscuits were fantastic, super friendly staff, BUT price was not. Very COVID conscious: order online, not allowed inside cafe, but can sit at picnic tables or take home. LOVE THAT! Everyone wears masks; virtually contact-free. HOWEVER, prices a little high, but thing that was a turnoff was the added "wellness" cost of 20% of your bill to cover what they consider "health insurance" for their employees. Very odd. Cost us an extra $6. Probably won't go back because of it. Even if that cost is considered a 20% tip, it's a little high for sitting at picnic tables and having someone bring you a to-go bag, especially with no follow-up service. Too bad. Love having a neighborhood cafe with such great food, but sad that it may not last due to cost. Oh, and the super sweet $5 lemonade was pricey for the size; very small and wasn't filled even close to the top. TOTAL BILL WAS $38.77 for two breakfast biscuits, a cinnamon roll, a lemonade, and a coffee - while eating at a picnic table outside. Outrageous.
