Star Seeds Cafe

Denise is always on point and takes care of all her customers! This place is an Austin staple. Food is always great (and cheap!) And it's 24 hrs! Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This cafe is soooooo good! We were at the Day's Inn in the same parking lot and were hungry at midnight, we went in and the whole staff was friendly, the restaurants vibe felt like we were transported into the past, it was amazing! So calm! The food was also 10/10 delicious! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Austin!!

Decent food, decent price. Interesting decor. You can walk away with one of their art pieces from the wall, for a price that seems exorbitant until you realize that's just what art costs. Some of it was pretty interesting art too!
Why no 5th star? The booths are narrow. As a fat man I appreciate a couple extra inches.

Star Seeds Cafe provides delicious diner food in a fun Austin-y atmosphere.

The wait staff is friendly and helpful and the setting combines classic diner with an artsy Austin vibe.

During the day, the restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere and offers coloring pages and a kid's menu.

Service is fast and there's rarely a wait on weekend mornings, making it a great alternative to many of the awesome but always crowded breakfast spots around town.

Been a while since I was here and I liked it then. It was even better now. Clean. Tasty food. Fast service. Friendly server. This is late night. I think they might have remodeled since last time I was there. It just felt good. If I lived closer, this would be a spot that I would go too often, especially late nights.
