Saltgrass Steak House

Not at all what we were expecting. The atmosphere was much more "bar & grill" than we imagined it would be. I would describe it as Chili's meets Outback. We each decided to just order cheeseburgers. One came out right, the other needed to go back because they missed a few things. Service was friendly, but no attentive. (I ran out of drink, which was never refilled). The food prices were appropriate for the overall experience. They certainly were busy with customers. We most likely won't be repeat customers. Not that it was horrible, just not the experience we were looking for.

The food was delicious. Had one of the best prime rib steaks ever. Server was friendly and good. Timing of the meal seemed like it was dragging a bit, but the place was packed. We'll be back. ????

Saltgrass is upping the restaurant game in Bee Cave. For the first time in the 7 years I’ve lived over here, there is finally a place to eat with the high service and food quality standards (that are the norm in Houston.)

Our food was excellent and the service was exceptional! Our server Jeromy was on top of it, and when eating out with a toddler it’s extra helpful to have an awesome server.

Great food. Friendly servers. They don’t take reservations and there is usually a wait to be seated. The parking lot is always full. But I guess that is because the food is worth the wait and looking for a parking spot for a few minutes.

We visited Saltgrass on 1/4/2019. We were extremely pleased with the new location in Bee Cave. Our waitress Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure our visit was superb. Chelsea was very attentive and one of the friendliest servers we had ever encountered. Chelsea truly understands the meaning of customer service. She truly cared about our dining experience and that everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back to visit soon and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in the area.
