Had the pleasure of getting my meals from Ben up until I left Austin. Always provides awesome service and quality food!

Probably the best tasting and affordable meal prep service I’ve used. It all started with the salmon dish, I was blown away with the all the flavor I couldn’t resist immediately trying the chicken and beef and was equally as impressed. I’ve seen been picking up my weekly meal preps from Bentos Kitchen, my stomach and wallet couldn’t be happier!

Been ordering with Ben for a long time... He puts so much effort and quality into his food and I genuinely appreciate having a fantastic meal to come home to at the end of a busy day. I feel so high maintenance sometimes having someone cook my meals- but I am taking care of myself in the best way possible. So #treatyourself to Bento's Kitchen... Seriously, you can't go wrong with the beef. Or anything on his menu for that matter!!

Each meal is flavorful and delicious, not only just the protein, but the veggies are always a treaf. Packaged beautifully and having great nutritional value, definitely earned 5 stars.

The food is amazing!! I’ve tried 3 of the 4 options, only bc I’m not a tofu person, and everything is very flavorful, healthy, and filling! I continue to use the service as my meal prepping option bc of that fact, and most importantly is super convenient! Oh, and customer service is always on point!
