    Brisket was great, juicy but not overly fatty.

    Some of the best BBQ brisket I've had in a long time!! Everything was delicious, including the potato salad made from scratch!! Love that is locally owned in Pflugerville, don't have to drive to Austin anymore and wait crazy long lines. Finally, we have some great brisket here !! They provide catering services too, excellent option for gatherings and celebrations!! Excited to see how they expand their menu, food is delicious!! In addition, friendly service, feels like home!!

    The brisket and chopped beef was excellent. The brisket was thick cut and juicy without being overly fatty and the sauce on the chopped beef was unique without being weird like a lot of trendy places have attempted to be lately. They have homemade onions, pickles, and pickled jalapenos all of which are beautifully delicious. I'm excited to see if they can keep this up because it's nice to have this type of BBQ so close to my house. Pretty good portion size for the price, too. Can't wait to go back next Saturday.
