"A hidden country treasure"
When you first walk in you'll notice right away the country charm built by the ambiance of a well decorated restaurant with a lot of antiques reminiscent of the 40's and 50's. It's extremely clean and well lit. There's a television if you want to watch it but what's around you will keep your attention while your waiting for the food. The food was reasonably price and the bacon cheeseburger and fries with sweet ice tea was excellent. The owner and our waitress were very friendly and I was quite impressed by this not too small, but not huge family country restaurant. There's a nice selection of country dinners; we opted for burgers and fries. If you're in the area, I recommend checking out this little gem. It's about 15 miles from my town and I think it has better food, service, and ambiance than our own town's famous little burger joint which is saying a lot. Very enjoyable experience in a clean and very interesting place.
