“I tried another locally owned restaurant for breakfast. Skillets is a clean diner in Del Rio. The outside of the building was clean and parking was plenty. Inside was nice and comfortable. I was greeted and seated quickly. I ordered orange juice and it was cold and good. I ordered two eggs medium, bacon, and hash browns. I also added a Belgian Waffle. Everything was good but the eggs weren’t medium but still tasted good. The hash browns weren’t seasoned and cooked as long as I was hoping. The bacon and waffle were very good. I couldn’t even eat it all. It was huge! The staff was friendly and fast. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will be back.”
