    Just happened along today. What a great place to eat small town friendly atmosphere. Great meat, absolutely wonderful.

    In a group of six a couple of months ago, none of us impressed. All agreed the brisket was over cooked & the bottom bun on my sandwich was soggy. ... Cannot seem to reply directly to the owner's response ... yes, we really ate at the Feed Hut. It would have been Aug 2 or 3 for lunch. We were with a group staying at Bedrock RV Park, and were surprised with our experience as The Feed Hut was recommended to us as the best place to go for lunch. Perhaps it was a bad day. We will likely be back to Bedrock in the future and may be able to get the group to try again. ...Oct 28: I was in Grand Saline this past weekend with a different group and went back to the Feed Hut for Friday lunch ... this time we had a great experience! ...the toasted bun on my sandwich was great, and everyone else was very pleased with their orders and service. This visit showed me why the Feed Hut was so highly recommended to us before.
