Firehouse Subs

Pretty great atmosphere, cool decor and the staff is friendly which isn’t the case everywhere anymore. I like what the place stands for more than I like the food, but that doesn’t mean the food is bad.
If you experience a problem at all the staff is willing to make it right without making a fuss which is huge.
And even during peak hours, the entire place is still clean. Awesome

First of all, the food was very good and the service was great but I also had another good experience there. While my wife and I were eating there on April 29th, 2019 I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids so I took it out to see what the problem was and laid it on the table. I realized when I got home that I had left it there so I turned around and went back. They found my hearing aid and returned it with a smile. I just want to tell the crew that this Viet Nam vet appreciates what you've done and will always remember this experience. THANK YOU!!!!

Food is excellent. But there felt like one employees attitude brought the other 2 down. The store was dirtier than I have ever seen it. My husband asked 2 times for someone to wash a table off for us. Every table was dirty. The employee that was in the back was growling and cussing. The other 2 were silent, as if walking on eggs.
Not sure but someone needs to look into this matter. Very disappointed in this visit. My husband took pictures but I'm not going that far. This place is better than this.

Firehouse has always had great Subs and still do! But last few time I have visited the Coke drink machine has been down, today and about 3 weeks ago! For one adult and 2 young girls one without combo @ $33 dollars! Wow! Only had 2 choices of drinks but still same price!! Not the way I remember Firehouse! I hope they get it back together!! Still great Subs though!
