Froggy's grub and pub

Went to Froggy's on Sunday. It wasn't busy so we were seated immediately. Service was good. Ordered two pub burgers and an order of Froggy poppers. The poppers were decent however a better description would have been stuffed with pimento cheese. The burgers were good, well seasoned and with a good amount of char. My only complaint is the burgers aren't made to the menu ingredients. My burger came with cheese (one of us ordered it and one didn't) and when I asked about it the waitress said they come with cheese. It also came with mustard and mayo which wasn't on the menu either. After our waitress checked the menu she did offer to remake the burger but I kept it. It's the most flavorful burger we've had from the newer restaurants (Wings Galore and Empire both don't season their meat). Im sure we will be back for another burger as this is definitely a pub menu and not a lot of choices.

It was super great. Guac this way burger off the chain. Burger brisket burger. Also was fabulous. Onion rings. Yes. Chili con queso. Yes. All day and night goodness. Johnica was a super server. Yes her name was Johnica. Different name for your next girl. Oh yeah and the dessert. I will now go take a nap. Grub and Pub.

I have been here 3x for the burgers via carry out and they have jjst about nailed it everytime. If they were consistent with medium on the Pub burger with double meat, this would easily be a 5 star rating! We are on a project un Goliad and visit 4d per week. Everyone agrees that the burger is the best in town, save the Pumphouse, due to the accuracy of the cooking temperature. I have never dined in, although the environs are spacious and lively. I will post more photos to Google for all to enjoy. Kitchen is open till 10p.

AMAZING. Just everything. As soon as we walked in the hostess greeted us, she was very friendly. (We were seated immediately.) Not too long after our waitress greeted us and got our drink order, then we ordered our food. Everything was delicious ? Even though I didn’t get to taste my fiancé’s chicken fried steak, he said it was so good. Beer reasonably priced. The manager even came to our table and checked in on us. Our waitress was super nice, got everything correct, service was perfect. Wish I remembered her name.
Restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. Way better food, and the look of the place than what the place used to be. ?
We will definitely be back. ??‍♂️????
