(November 6, 2017, 5:37 pm)Noots Thai To Go is back open after Harvey! And, I'm happy to say, the food is still awesome. I got the beef stir fry and garlic fried rice with chicken from their daily changing menu. It's fresh, delicious, and has lots of flavor.
