Great food at a great price and very conscientious employees very courteous

The bread is amazing! Every soup is so warm and hearty! Mondays are broccoli n cheese (OMG) Tuna on what, ATS with turkey on jalapeno cheese, and Southwest chicken quesadillas are my fave!

Always love their food...went in today and they have Keto bowls. I ordered the avocado bowl...yum! Pepper jack cheese and bacon! Love the bacon. Can’t wait to try the others.

My black bean burger was amazing! And I had the best service. The employees here really care about their customers.

Again, couldn't get enough of the burger. I got the cheddar jalapeno bread and spread the jalapeno ranch on it. Soooooo amazing! I don't care that I live an hour away. I will gladly drive for an hour just to eat here.

I spotted this locally owned deli and I’m extremely glad I did!

Fives Loaves Deli in Huntsville, TX is a mellow and comfortable spot in a strip of small businesses slightly off the beaten path.

As soon as I walked in I was courteously greeted. The young lady working the counter was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful.

I noticed the daily soup special was Broccoli Cheese. Being as hungry as I was, I opted for the 16 oz. bowl. It was good, but fairly standard for that type of soup. Don’t get me wrong, it was quality but my sandwich was the superstar during this visit.

After asking about the Mississippi Comeback sauce on the sandwich of the same name, I ordered it. Fresh sliced tomato, grilled onions, thin sliced beef, and Comeback Sauce on a jalapeño cheddar cheese bun/roll.

To satisfy your curiosity, I was told the owners were from the Mississippi River Delta area. The Comeback Sauce was described as somewhere in between Thousand Island dressing and a remoulade sauce that was “aged” for 24 hours. Please forgive if I didn’t get that exactly right.

Bottom line is the Mississippi Comeback sandwich and sauce on the bread option I chose was delicious.

There’s plenty of seating in the two rooms that comprise this establishment. Plenty of parking in the lot too.

I would eat here again. I just can’t see how someone could not enjoy the food here.
