A lot better than Subway and you get what you pay for. The food was fresh and the hoagies were NOT stale. Staff was friendly and helpful

I am never disappointed here. The food is ALWAYS remarkable and so is the customer service. I love that this bring your food directly to your table and check on your drink dog refills. By far one of my favorite places to eat in Huntsville!

I just discovered this place a few days ago and I absolutely love it! And the place is always hopping, the few times I've been there. I was just lamenting to myself about how there's hardly any healthy places to eat around where I live and then lo and behold I find McAlister's Deli! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to me. I much prefer wraps over sandwiches and the lady that took my order told me I could make any sandwich into a wrap, so that was a plus. Veggies looked very fresh, like they hadn't been sitting there for forever, and service was very quick. The couple of times I've been there must have been their busy time because of all the people that were there, but my food came out way quicker than I thought it would and it was piping hot which is just the way I like it.

If you haven't tried it, the desert pear lemonade is amazing! The McAlister's club was like many other clubs, but the house made honey mustard set it apart. The broccoli cheese soup was okay, but it seemed to be lacking cheese towards the end.

Remarkable customer service & delicious, generous servings made this a fantastic experience. The young, female manager was one of the most courteous and accommodating people I've ever met in the food service business. Wish there were more than 5 stars to give this restaurant!
