    WOW fresh made food. It is a mix of Asian and Cajun and who would have thought that would work. Glad the owner did! We had the Asian trio which was amazing and hot. Two great jambalaya egg rolls and two other items - all were perfect tasting and filling. It was a perfect trio to add to the wine at the winery where it was parked. Find this truck when you can - it was outside Teysha Winery

    Food was great, had their cajuin trio. My friends had the asian trio.
    Right next to a vineyard and it made for an nice night.

    The jambalaya egg rolls are fantastic!!! Great service and great pricing.
