The restroom was closed, the trash was overflowing in the outside trash can and the line was long. The best part about our visit here was how pleasant the people were. Personally, that made the difference of the 3 stars and not 2 or less. I always appreciate good attitudes and service. Coming from earlier jobs in that I understand and encourage those that shine forth like a diamond in the rough.

Great group of folks inside! Super friendly behind all those masks. They even allowed me to take a sprig of rosemary home.

Favorite pit stop for my inter-city transits. Very friendly staff who are always going the extra mile to ensure that I can get a satisfying drink or two. Too many Sam Houston State U students hog the place. Don't begrudge them at all except to note this casual observation. Difficult to secure two adjacent chairs even at closing time!

Some of the baristas are very flippant about following optional requests - need monitoring or supervision.
