Tallent Sausage

If you try their sausage you will become addicted it is also the pork and beef is unbelievably good. We took some to the beach and it was awesome The kids ate it and we didn't have to make them stay out of water to eat they liked it that is an accomplishment

I always get there Cajun links which are the best, but all of their meats are great. Prices are very good too.

This place is expensive but well worth it. Even if you just ate, and you walk in the place the smell makes you want to grab something to eat. if you're in the area you need to go check it out. Very friendly people, nice clean place. And the sausage wrap around is excellent.

This place is great they make their own sausage and it's excellent. They have a small country store atmosphere, with great quality meat market. Highly recommend trying the German sausage

Anytime I'm in Huntsville or anywhere near this area I always make time to stop by Tallent Sausage barbecue. Accommodations aren't fancy, but the inside is clean, the employees are friendly, and the barbecue is to die for. I typically order a plate with pulled pork, chopped beef and a side or two. The pulled pork is absolutely succulent and the chopped beef has the perfect fat to meat ratio. Both melt in my mouth, there's nothing tough or dry here. I look forward to eating here again in the future.
