Great Wall Buffet

The food was ok but thier Fried rice was not good at all, it had no flavor or color to it. Even adding Sriracha it didn't help. The price was high I believe for what they offer on the buffet and i had a water and it was almost $19 without tip.

Living in the "city" and traveling to larger cities, most Chinese buffets tend to offer the same foods and the same tastes. Monahans TX has this little tiny gem and a piece of history offering some of the best tasting Chinese favorites. The flavor profile and ability to maintain all selections extra fresh are just some of the qualities that make this eatery a hands-down choice. The atmosphere is a bit outdated, and the seating does need an update but the the service and food are all that matter. Be aware the selection is very small but the flavor is big. The price is amazing in this state of economy, and being an all-you-can-eat, you are sure to leave full and satisfied...if not stuffed and pleasantly miserable.

Had the veggies and fruits off the buffet. Wish there were a veggie and tofu meatless option. The fruit table was very fresh.
