Asian Cajun Bar & Grill

It didn't live up to the hype. The service was friendly and fast, considering how busy they were on a Saturday night. Boudin balls were delicious, but when they were first given to us they were frozen in the middle, and had to be put back in the fryer. The steamed dumplings were passable, but the steamed veggies that came with them were totally bland - no seasoning whatsoever. Also, there wasn't a dipping sauce for the dumplings. The shrimp trio was pretty tasty, however.

Did not enjoy walking through a wall of cigarette smoke before stepping into the main eating area.

Will not return, nor would I recommend Asian Cajun to any one else.

It's pretty good food. A little pricey for the amount of food you get, especially considering it's a little hole in the wall.

We went a little after it opened at 12 on a Sunday. We waited for about 10 min before the owner came and took our drinks and gave us menus. The wait time for the food was okay but a little long considering there were only two other small parties there. I got the shrimp platter boiled and was surprised to see it wasn't served with a broth or butter sauce as most places do. The flavor was great even without a sauce. My husband ordered some fried shrimp and a sausage link. The shrimp was good but we didnt receive the sausage. After finishing our food my husband asked the waitress for the sausage and she said " oh we ran out i forgot to tell you. Let me start making a list of all the foods we're out of" The food tasted good overall. the prices were fair and definitely cheaper than most seafood places around. Will most likely visit again at a different hour to see if the service is any better.

Great food! We had pot stickers, ribs, three styles of shrimp , dirty rice, and steamed veggies. Everything was excellent! We also enjoyed their leaving Charlie Brown on the TV for us! ????

Good food. Good price. Catfish and veggies, burger... Both well done. The egg rolls and dumplings were good as well. The cheese sticks not so much.
