My wife and i went to see the Bob's Burger movie, and we were excited to get the Bob's burger menu items. We ordered the fries, chicken sandwich, and the glazed burger, along with the sangria, a coke and a water, and popcorn. The kitchen staff came to tell us that the sangria was sold out- not a huge bummer, we got our drinks, popcorn and our fries . . . Then the bill. Almost all the way through the movie and we never got our burgers! No one even came to tell us that apparently the chicken was frozen and there was some excuse why the other burger never got made. The 3 stars is for the manager making it right after the fact. Zero stars for our waitress. Years of coming here and this was the first bad experience we have had. Will definitely be back and thier reg menu items are really good! Chairs are comfortable and nice to be able to cuddle up during the movie!
First time visiting and wasn't sure what to expect, but in the end I had a great experience! I was delighted to see the premium level of service and it really added to the movie-going experience! Not the cheapest movie I've seen, but it was worth it!
Atmosphere is great, as soon as you walk in your greeted by staff members. Missed this place a lot Server was extremely polite, professional, explained everything in detail and made me feel like I was at home and not a theater. That's very rare, my hats off to the server.
This is my favorite place to watch movies. I've watched blockbusters, special showings of older movies, and attended music video parties here and each time I have a great time. I love how strict they are about phones. Drinks can be a bit strong so I prefer to stick to beer. The fried pickles are a must!
The best place to go watch a movie with family, in my opinion. Just the way I like enjoying a movie; with great food and drinks, and no noise from babies crying, or other people talking loudly. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. The servers are very quiet and don't bother you unless they have a question about what you ordered like if you asked for popcorn in the order card and you forgot about adding butter, they will quietly ask if you want bitter on your popcorn. The theater rooms are clean and well kept. The restrooms are also clean and they don't smell bad. The staff at the bar are very friendly and quick to suggestions about what drinks are good or what you should try next. Really enjoyed the experience. This is my preferred destination to go watch a movie. You get to eat drink and watch a good movie all in one go. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone and everyone.
