Overall great experience but a few things could be done better. Food and live music were great but unfortunately they are understaffed, like all restaurants are I know. This made the food take a little longer than usual to come to the table. Also, some staff bringing food to the table were not as friendly as our server, he was amazing. They had a discount for father's day which was awesome but the food bar needs to be restocked a little more. They ran out of the desserts and more were not brought out.
Service and food were excellent! The meats I liked the most were the Picanha and the Tomahawk, but all of the meats were delicious. They also have a good variety of foods at the bar like salads, mashed potatoes, pasta, and even barbacoa. All of our servers were super friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant as well. It is a bit pricey, but it was worth every dollar. I'll definitely be coming back for sure. Thank you Barrio de Brazil for a good experience!
Good place to eat meat!. It was noticeable that the employees needed experience, but hey its a new type of restaurant that is unique so it's not that easy cutting different types of meat from a skewer to different people in different tables. Please visit this place or else all we will have are McDonald's and Tacos....
We were so excited because of all the hype of this restaurant and decided to go for my grandmas birthday. The meat and steaks were so good except for the sirloin that was over cooked :( and the few options from the salad bar. What bothered me is the price which I understand but adding the tip already to the tab( we have no problem tipping!) so it’s practically mandatory to tip even if the service wasn’t that good! Place is okay but not to go all the time. I would prefer the steakhouse at Vegas or San Antonio only cause they have more options to eat.
Great food, exceptional service, however, be prepared to pay top dollar, as well. My family loved the variety of meat choices available and it was a different experience from anything you will try in Laredo. For my family of five we paid about $50 per person, but I will say it was worth every dollar.
