Pho Oi

Love this place. The only place I come to enjoy pho in Laredo.

The people who work here, are quick to prepare and cater to the wants of the customers. The woman who works up front, is polite and provided some cultural influence on the cuisine they provide. The steamed dumpling were delicate, moist and flavorful. The sauce added more flavor and presented a unique flavor profile. The beef flank soup, was new to me. It was very flavorful and provided a defined flavor of lemon, beef, with a little spice and a mild amount of Hoisin sauce. I recommend them. Their prices are affordable. This restaurant is and should preferred over fast food. Best part. It's healthier too.

The best chicken pho I have ever had and I have had alot! Deserves a fuiyoh! Always get my pho to go she separates the noodles, brooth, and fixings so they are perfect when I eat it at home.
