Starbucks

As a regular customer at this location, I have witnessed consistently phenomenal service from all partners. They work so hard, hustling to get orders out promptly. When dealing with a particularly rude gentleman in a Yankees hat this morning, Ashley and her supervisor handled themselves with poise and professionalism. To all future customers, remember, you are not the only humans on the planet with a caffiine addiction. If you plan to come to Starbucks at a busy time, remember to build extra time into your commute!

Service needs improving. That being said all the workers seemed to be new to the service industry and were trying their best. I ordered my drinks, caramel macciatto and a hot chocolate and some pastries. They served up the drinks but never got the pastries. Seemed the same issue for almost everyone had to go back to remind them something was missing.

Was in there 20 minutes for the smallest size cold brew. They could have offered to change my item if they ran out of items instead of making me wait and do other orders before mine. Even a heads up like hey we have to change this stuff out or refill this so it will be a minute. I gladly would have changed it to something easier and quicker of the same price.

Great place! Beautiful, clean, and great service! I don’t think ordering through the app is available yet, but eagerly waiting!
