    Really good food, really slow service-but very friendly. Thursdays will get you unlimited catfish and shrimp, refills eventually come.

    Great place to eat if passing through Wheeler TX. I come through every few months and today was my first stop at Maxeys. I will for sure be back. Great service, salad bar, and smothered chicken .
