Let me start off with a warning: If you are paying with a card, Keep Your Receipt to compare with your financial statement.

I love this kiosk inside of H Mart, the G8 is my absolute favorite. It is a little expensive but so delicious.

However, my most recent trip, was a little unnerving. I used a gift card that send me texts when it is used. I was given a receipt with one amount and then received a text with a different amount. Upon doing the math, it appears as though the cashier took it upon herself to add a 20% tip to my order total. I spoke with the Manager who was helpful as first but condescending in the end. He was unable to recreate the receipt with the additional tip added and therefore tried to make me seem like a liar, I had the card statement, the receipt using said card along with the text received with the erroneous amount that was charged. He eventually gave me back the 20% tip in cash but didn't really understand the severity of the issue and just sort of laughed it off in the end. This was the first time of a known issue since I received a notification, I honestly have never checked my statements previously but if I do decided to make another visit, I will definitely keep my receipt for comparison.

Really inexpensive for the amount of food you get in the combo. Below I got the teokboki and kimchi gimbap combo. Teokboki sauce is that typical Korean spicy (gochugan red pepper! Good for your gut health!) Different from say Mexican food spice where you feel the spicy in your belly, Korean spicy tends to sit only at the back of your tongue in a slow pleasant way. Gimbap was perfect, I'll be back to try the bulgogi version. The soup was good too!
