Super friendly staff. Very helpful in offering recommendations to a first-timer. I had the brisket and pulled pork with the scalloped potatoes and Mac 'n Cheese. They also had what I'm pretty sure was a mustard based sauce option which is always a quick way to my heart. Would recommend!

Y'all! This place is THUNDER! I could die a happy man if the two meats/two sides plate was my last meal. The moist brisket and ribs are terrific. Do yourself a favor and get the roasted scalloped potatoes and tomato zucchini salad as sides. Get there early and you might be plied with a burnt end or two before you're rung up and get a scoop of complimentary beans and house made pickles. Wash it all down with their brown sugar sweet tea. Holy cow. SO GOOD!

We ordered brisket (lean and moist), pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar sausage and two drinks without any sides. That was a lot of meat, but we always like to have some to take home....and it was well worth it!! The brisket as a whole was moist, tender and full of flavor. The pulled pork was moist and delicious with just the right amount of saltiness. As for the sausage....it was absolutely WONDERFUL!! The tang of the cheddar combined with the subtle flavor of jalapeno peppers wasn't overwhelming. They have baked beans on-the-house with bits of brisket and a hint of chili powder or cumin. We were also pleasantly surprised to see unsweetened peach iced tea! Overall a great visit with really good food and wonderful staff!

We came here for the first time today and it was awesome! We got a three meat plate with pork ribs, brisket and pulled lamb. The ribs offered a unique flavor with a bit of spice. The brisket was super moist but the lam stole the show. It was incredible, a must try. The sides were super awesome too and they offer free beans! The service was also excellent, the staff were passionate about the food and gave some great recommendations.

Loved my lunch at Interstellar BBQ! Had brisket with burnt ends and the cheddar jalapeno sausage. My sides were a vinegar tomato salad and new potato salad. They were good in their own right, but certainly outshined by the main attractions. The meat was high quality. The brisket was seasoned wonderfully and melted away in my mouth. The sausage was milder than I expected for having jalapeno in it, but it was very flavorful and it was a generous portion. I would have preferred the sausage to have been served somewhat warmer than it was, but that's just me getting picky. They've let the meat speak for itself, and that meat is fluent!

They had two sauces - a red sauce and a mustard-based sauce. Both were a little sweeter than I personally like, but it was clear that they were lovingly made and proudly served, and the taste really was quite nice. You don't want much sauce for backup vocals anyway when you've got meat that sings like it does at Interstellar!
