I have been ordering from this location ever since COVID hit (and used to go in person), and just wanted to say how amazing they have been despite everything happening. They have always hit the nail on the head With my orders, everything tastes amazing, so just wanted to let the team there know that you are appreciated!! Thanks ?

Color me impressed. I usually don't like leaving a review for a franchise businesses, but this particular Starbucks surprised me this morning. Knew who I was as soon as I walked in; kinda threw me off. I've ordered different items every time and pretty sure I come at different times. I know the mask couldn't doesn't help either lol. That kind of service doesn't go unnoticed. Kinda made my day ?. Thanks

Oh yeah, and my mocca came out perfect, perfect temp, flavor waking me up as I type this.

Every time I walk into this store I am greeted by two or three people who know me by name and always have smiles and sweet things to say. The service here is unmatched and this is the only Starbucks in Austin I go to now. Everyone in this store is so wonderful and friendly and fast with their service. I’ve come in and they’ll be slammed and everyone is still always so nice and amazing even though they’re busy. This place is so great because of how incredible the staff is. I wish I could give them a million stars.

Made the drink perfectly. Breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and was the perfect temperature. Order was made very quickly and the staff was friendly. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to.

This place has good energy. I love coming here to unwind and relax or just to get a drink for the road. The staff is sweet and kind and the place is always clean. I've never once had a problem here. If they made the rare mistake of messing something up, they go above and beyond to fix the issue. This is my favorite starbucks in Austin and I gladly travel 30 minutes on the bus just to come here.
