    I love Whataburger! I always get the strawberry malt. The service was great everyone was very kind.

    Just had a kindly encounter with a late night staff member, about 2am on Thursday. Our order was complicated and although we didnt get his name, he brought our order to our car and we appreciated his hospitality. Thanks for the snacks!

    Always excellent. This time one of the items I had ordered was not ready yet & I didn't have time to wait so the mgr (Thomas) took it off the total and said it would be free next just use his name. That's customer service as it should be.
