(April 30, 2022, 9:44 pm)This food truck is a must visit! They’re new in the area, and I’m so glad we stopped by. We only waited a few minutes for our order, and the food was super fresh! We didn’t manage to take photos of the campechana tacos (steak and chorizo) or the Birria tacos - but they were hot off the grill and incredibly tasty! The sopes have a smoky chipotle dressing and were light, crispy, and not at all greasy. With great portions and fantastic salsa, this food is authentic and 100% worth the trip.
