Wayback Burgers

We tried Wayback burgers today. Ordered the classic, the seasonal bacon bourbon burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich.

The burgers were fine. My bacon bourbon burger was two meat patties with a maple bourbon sauce. My daughter’s burger seemed good and she enjoyed it.

Since we dined in, both the atmosphere and the services seemed a bit dull. Maybe they did not have enough people working today, but it was not cheerfulness of Mighty Fine or In-n-out, my go to burger places in Cedar Park.

Also, the burgers seem to be expensive. At 12 bucks a burger, I expect to be blown away or atleast feel really awesome, but that wasn’t my experience.

I will surely give the place another try and maybe give the classic burger or the cheesesteak sandwich a shot and see how I like them.

For now I am keeping my rating at a solid 3

Brand new Burger restaurant in Cedar Park, Great flavor on the bacon cheeseburger I had. Bacon cheese fries were great just needed a touch more cheese. They also have some good looking milkshakes that I did not try, Apple pie milkshake anyone? Also interested in trying the Cajun tater tots next time. Not a lot of inside seating so there were a lot of takeout orders on a busy Friday night. Probably one of the top 5 burgers I've had. Plenty of parking in a new complex that doesn't have a ton of other businesses open yet. If you crave a great burger this place is for you.
