Flavorful drinks
Did not get five stars for the following reasons.
1. You can really only order 24 oz of some drinks which is a lot.
2. Parking in the shopping center as a whole is horrible.
3. Service seems to be slow. Writing the names on drinks in markers might help and having someone dedicated to drink pick up. Possibly have your system print small labels for individual drinks like Starbucks or jamba.
4. Use some form of ropes or dividers to help with traffic flow in and out.

Food was a 4 customer service was a 1. No food is worth bad customer service though. There’s a paper on the door that says it’s under new management but I’m hoping that’s going to change.

Good drinks first time coming second day open but employees where not wearing gloves while making drink some had masks and no Gloves on come on guys

They have delicious food and drinks here Zero Degrees is definitely a great place to stop to get some boba tea, quick bites, or even to enjoy lunch or dinner. The unique split cup concept allows you to try many different drink combinations. The snack choices are innovative and tasty. Prices may be on the higher side but they have such great quality drinks and food that not every boba shop can compare!
