La Tapatia Mexican Restaurant and Bar

I really like the food here. The service is another story. When there are seven people at a table and you bring out six entrees and leave without saying anything, it should be less than five minutes before you bring out the seventh. Service needs work. I've been there twice and has abrupt servers both times.

Had a great time. Wonderful food and an awesome bloody Mary. I went late afternoon with some old high school friends. It wasn't busy if you go in between lunch and dinner time. Great food great friends great place

I ordered the breakfast pork chop plate and it was GOOD! My husband had the chicken enchilada plate with green sauce and sour cream and he was very satisfied. The restaurant is located next to a huge HEB. The young lady who served us was polite and efficient We will be back in the near future.

Delicious food. Always busy so that says it must be good. Menu has lots of options to choose from. They even have lunch specials too. Their hot sauce is so tasty with just the right amount of heat. This is definitely a place to try if you're out this way. May not be obvious but each table is numbered. When you're done with your meal, you go up to the cashier to pay. They have your bill.

If you’re looking for more authentic Mexican style food then this place delivers. Good mini tacos, really enjoyed them. The meat was flavorful and tender. Staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Drinks were good too! Family friendly.
