Moonie’s Burger House Leander

Granddaughter and I had a terrific lunch there. The inside is really cute, not at all like the outside. The burgers, tots and fries were very hot and the service was quick and attentive. They use sweet buns there, which was a mild surprise

First time at the new Leander location. It's different from the old Cedar Park location in that we had a server rather than ordering at the counter. The food was as wonderful as always and the service was excellent. I missed the coconut tea, though, and I hope it makes a comeback.

People need to be patient when they open new locations… we must understand that it must be hard for them to start a new system in a new place. I’m sure once they have everything settled the service is going to be as good as the other locations, maybe even better. The food just need a little improvement but I’m sure they will get better soon.

Super excited to see Moonie’s so close to home! We went last week and the food was delicious.

There are some kinks that need to be worked out. We had to wait at the hostess stand before taking a seat and then we were forgot about for a while and never got drink refills BUT I will definitely be back and know they’re working towards improvements.

As always, you have to give a new restaurant (especially in Leander, TX) a couple of months or so to fully open before you can give a full review. There are a lot of obstacles to overcome during this time, and patience is what us Leanderthals need to practice for our new businesses. I think this place will be a staple for us and my first visit was a thumbs up on the burger I had. So good luck and I'll give another review several months down the road.
