Hopdoddy Burger Bar

I've never had a bad experience here. Finally tried the impossible burger. It was super delicious. I've had other buyers here and they are great too but I'm really glad I got to try it.

I just left this location, and I am blown away at the level of customer service. We were immediately greeted by David, the cashier at the door when we walked in. He built rapport with us and gave us the run down as first time customers. He gave us details on the menu items to help us decide what to order. The girl who took our order was nice, she also did a great job of wiping down the tables when customers left. The guy who waited us, Todd(?) was extremely pleasant and attentive. I always see the line at most locations wrapped around the corner. And if their customer service is like this one, I can see why. Everyone seemed happy to be there. Smiles out of every worker. The service was so refreshing! The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. Their menu has a bunch of original items (loved the ginger lemonade). Thank you! Keep up the positivity????

The choices of burgers was overwhelming! I ordered the Classic and was not disappointed. It was so delicious! And of course we ordered the sweet potato fries and the chili cheese fries to share. Everything was delicious. There is no waitress service but an order station. The kitchen was a little slow and we had a plane to catch. Fresh cut French fries. Hand made burgers. It has nice location and kids love it. They are preparing everthink fresh.

Had a great experience here! The bartender was fast with our orders. We couldn't decide on what sauce to get with out burgers so they brought out ALL of the options! Truly great service.

I will admit I used to not like this place as I think the burgers are overpriced; however, now when I go there I get the impossible burger. It's a great meat substitute burger, but I do believe if they also added a normal style of veggie burger it would round out the menu. Would be 5 stars but it's hard to give 5 stars to a place where if you get a burger, fries, and a drink you are pushing 20+ easy unless you get the bare bones.
