McDonald's

This is never my go-to McDonald's location, but it's on my way home from work so I go here sometimes. Just like many locations, it can either be swamped or just a few cars, depending on the timing and such.

First time I went there, it was absolutely packed and me and my friends didn't even bother going in, cause it was so bad. The drive thru was just as bad, if not worse.

Second time I went, it was a breeze. I got my food in less than five minutes and it was pretty fresh.

Third time I've gone here, it was pretty busy, took a long while to get the food... But it was actually fresh and hot. I can easily overlook the wait, if the food is good.

Overall, not a bad location and the employees have never been rude to me, my family or friends. Only con I can say, is that the wait can be horrid, at times.

Staff looks busy and overall doesn't really care, so they make mistakes. So check that what you received is the same as what you ordered.
Indoor playground is nice and big.

This McDonald’s is the best in round rock!! I want to give a shout out to Gavin who day in and day out give it his all, provides excellent customer service, accurate change, always has a smile, and a days thank you EVERY time! Amazing job guys! Thank you! ????
